Oracle WebCenter Collaboration Office 工具插件在所有 Office 2007 应用程序的功能区中均显示为名为 Oracle WebCenter Collaboration 的新选项卡。在客户端上安装 Oracle WebCenter Collaboration Office 工具插件后，只要启动 Office 应用程序，就会始终显示此选项卡，以允许您通过使用 Web 文件夹轻松地将文档直接检入 Collab。
